MOXIE is off to Mars!

MOXIE (Mars OXygen In situ resource utilization Experiment) is on its way to Mars following the successful launch of the Mars 2020 Rover, Perserverance, this morning. The landing will occur in February 2021 but along the way, the MOXIE science team, including HSL members Jeff Hoffman, Eric Hinterman, Maya Nasr, Justine Schultz, and Andy Liu, look forward to the mid-cruise health check of the hardware and a first chance to see some of the hardware in action. Construction is also beginning on the MOXIE lab facility on the first floor in Bldg 37, too!
