A BIG congratulations to Maya Nasr for successfully defending her PhD thesis on April 14th!!

Her thesis was inspired by MOXIE, and, in two separate parts, dealt first with how NASA in general and JPL in particular deal with introducing innovative technologies into their programs and second with how a world-wide regime could be structured to bring about equitable use of space resources for all people on Earth.

Maya will spend next year as a Post-Doc at Harvard, working on the MethaneSat project.
