Ryan L. Sims
 

Ryan L. Sims is a Budget Analyst at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. As an analyst in NASA’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer, he provides in-depth analysis and recommendations on NASA’s budget formulation and execution. Sims is dedicated to open innovation, STEAM education, and veteran workforce training. In 2016, Sims served as a Fellow in Innovation with the Office of Science and Technology Policy at the White House. He was selected as a 2014 Presidential Management Fellow and is a graduate of the George Washington Leadership Institute. He attended Indiana University earning a BA in Political Science from the School of Liberal Arts, an MPA from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and an MA from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. He currently resides in Washington, DC.
